About Grzegorz Sibiga

Grzegorz Sibiga specialises in personal data protection and other matters of administrative law, including legal protection of information (secrets), access to public information, re-use of public sector information and data opening in the sector, electronic administration, as well as in proceedings applicable to public administration. At Traple Konarski Podrecki & Partners, he manages a team dealing with the implementation and application of GDPR in over 100 organisational entities. Grzegorz is chairman of the SABI Scientific Council, the Association of Information Security Administrators. He has participated in parliamentary work, including as a BAS expert of the Chancellery of the Sejm, and on acts in administrative law, such as protection of personal data, population records, ID cards and access to public information. He is a founding member of SABI and a member of the Law and IT Scientific Center Association and the New Technologies Law Association.
