About Farah El Nahas

Farah El Nahas is a senior associate in Shahid Law Firm in the mergers & acquisitions practice group. Farah has 11 years of experience in, inter alia, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, employment, banking and project finance. Farah worked at Shahid Law Firm from 2015 to 2017 and rejoined in 2020. Prior to rejoining the firm, Farah worked for three years in the banking & project finance department at one of the largest regional firms, where she gained extensive experience in financing transactions, perfecting securities before the competent authorities and drafting and negotiating project finance and facility agreements. Farah has experience in legal due diligence processes and the drafting of their reports, related executive summaries, high-level red-flag reports and all required transactional documentation.
