About Dr Michael Boutros

Dr Michael Boutros is a partner at Shahid Law Firm, leading the Capital Market and M&A practice group. He has 15 years of experience in capital markets, private placement, general corporate matters, M&A, employment and liquidations. Michael holds a PhD from the Savoie University in “E-commerce and consumer protection” granted by the Grenoble Ecole Doctoral (France); a Master of International and European Business Law Degrees (LLM) from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne; a Maîtrise in Business Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne and Cairo University; and an LLB from Cairo University. Michael was admitted to the Egyptian Bar in 2006.
