Shane Mungur is a senior associate in the banking and finance team at BLC Robert & Associates where he specialises in derivatives and structured finance. He advises international corporations on OTC-traded derivative transactions with Mauritian counterparties, listing exchange traded funds as well as on matters related to collateral arrangements and security issues.
