Olga Siomina has overall 16 years’ experience in real estate and construction field, is practicing as an attorney at law for eight years. Olga gathered significant experience in advising clients on cross-border construction projects, representing clients in complex real estate disputes. Olga used to represent foreign investors willing to invest to the real-estate projects in Lithuania, recently is focused on renewable energy projects. Olga currently leads Real estate transactions and Construction law practices of the team, is involved in handling majority of real estate transactions in team’s practice, including the ones related to renewable energy, and advising clients on construction law related issues.
