About Ying Zhao

Ying Zhao is an associate in the labour and employment law practice group at Zhong Lun. She has experience in advising clients on all aspects of employment matters, from hiring to termination. Ying has assisted numerous clients with the formulation and issuance of employee handbooks/codes of conduct, accumulated rich experience in HR compliance audit and supported many foreign law firms and companies in HR due diligence. She has also supported many clients in termination negotiations with senior management and subsequent arbitration and litigation.
