About Carol Zhu

Carol Zhu is a partner in Zhong Lun's labour and employment law practice group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labour and employment matters from hiring to termination, including the establishment and enforcement of HR policies, employee benefits, mass redundancy, cross-border employment issues, labour dispute resolution, employee transition issues in M&A and restructurings, trade union issues, global mobility and immigration, investigation into employees’ misconducts, and due diligence on HR compliance. Before practising in law firms, Carol accumulated more than ten years of experience working as head of HR for several international companies, where she was responsible for employee relations.
