About Elīna Vilde

Elīna Vilde is a senior associate at Eversheds Sutherland Bitans and specialises in corporate and commercial law matters, and in advising clients on banking and finance law issues. She has participated in more than 30 complex acquisitions of large companies, including cross-border matters, as well as reorganisation and restructuring projects. Elīna has worked on share purchase agreements of various scales for commercial companies, as well as complex commercial law and contract law issues. She has extensive experience in due diligence projects for companies in a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing and real estate. Elīna has obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Latvia.
