About Márton Domokos
Márton Domokos
is a senior counsel at CMS Budapest and also co-ordinates the data protection practice across CEE. His areas of expertise are: IT law, data protection law, e-commerce law, cybersecurity law and artificial intelligence. He is an active participant of the Hungarian AI Coalition. Márton regularly gives presentations (Internet Hungary, Infotér) and publishes articles (IAPP Privacy Perspectives, OneTrust DataGuidance, Thomson Reuters’ Data Privacy Advisor, Jogi Fórum) on privacy issues. He is a regular contributor to DataGuidance, the global privacy compliance service, and is president of the Data Protection Board of the Direct and Interactive Marketing Association (a FEDMA member). Márton is a lecturer at Kürt Akadémia (a leading Hungarian provider of training services to IT professionals) and on the post-graduate IT law course at the University of Pécs.
