Yannick Fok is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland Mauritius was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2001 and the Mauritius Bar in 2002. He is also a full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners UK. He has a predominantly commercial and corporate advisory practice with a strong litigation background from his initial ten-year practice in an independent barristers’ chambers. Yannick acts as legal counsel to entities operating in the construction/property, insurance and financial services/global business industries. He has experience in advising on trusts, cross border transactions and restructuring, financial services licensing regulations and private pension schemes.
