Jan de Heer
is a senior associate in Loyens & Loeff's competition and regulatory practice group and a member of the firm's project development and energy teams. He advises a broad range of clients, including real estate investors, developers and (multinational) industrial companies, on administrative law, specifically in the field of environmental and energy (transition) regulatory matters. Jan completed a post-graduate Grotius specialisation course in Environment and Planning (cum laude) in 2020, and is currently taking part in the post-graduate Energy specialisation course of the Groningen Centre of Energy Law and Sustainability (GCELS) at the Groningen University. He also teaches at the Leiden University, Law Firm School and the Instituut voor Bouwrecht.
