About Shirin Saif

Shirin Saif is a partner at Roschier and a disputes specialist who focuses on commercial and investment treaty arbitration and litigation, especially disputes relating to Russia and the CIS countries. Shirin has extensive experience in energy, oil and gas, post-M&A, construction and technology disputes. She has represented some of the world's largest oil and gas companies in arbitrations and court proceedings concerning multibillion-dollar claims. Her experience also includes infrastructure and construction cases before tribunals formed under the ICC, SCC and UNCITRAL rules. Shirin handles disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties, and acts as an arbitrator and secretary to arbitral tribunals. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
