About Vanessa Marquette

Vanessa Marquette is an attorney at law and partner in Loyens & Loeff’s Banking and Finance practice group. Vanessa assists regulated entities such as banks, payment services providers, funds, insurance companies, listed companies as well as non-regulated entities on all financial regulatory matters and compliance. She has long-standing experience of advising clients on European and Belgian banking legislation. Vanessa is a lecturer in International Financial Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and she regularly authors legal articles regarding new developments in regulatory, banking and finance law with a focus on cross-border aspects.
