Thomas Lenné is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice group in Belgium advising Belgian and international corporate clients, private equity funds and family offices. He is a recognised expert in corporate M&A with 16 years of experience. Thomas’ practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions. He also advises on corporate restructurings and more general corporate matters. He works across several sectors, such as energy, technology, healthcare, mining and natural resources, manufacturing, packaging and construction. Thomas is a member of the Belgian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (BVA).
