About Robrecht Coppens

Robrecht Coppens is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice group in Belgium and heads the firm’s multidisciplinary and cross-office start-up team. Robrecht specialises in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises on matters of general corporate law and corporate restructurings. Robrecht regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and actively coaches young entrepreneurs and start-ups. He is a member of the Belgian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (BVA), the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
