About Eveline Hellebuyck

Eveline Hellebuyck is an attorney at law and counsel in Loyens & Loeff’s Banking and Finance practice group. Eveline specialises in the legal and regulatory aspects of supervision of financial markets and securities law. She advises companies, banks, insurance companies, and funds and their investors on financial supervision and acts as Belgian counsel to these parties in a variety of public and private equity and debt offerings. Her experience makes her well positioned to assist clients with a variety of queries in relation to investment funds. Eveline holds a PhD in Law and wrote her doctoral thesis on the regulation of hedge funds.
