About Sang Jin Park

Sang Jin Park is an associate in Jipyong’s Antitrust & Competition group. He joined the firm in 2018 after graduating from Seoul National University School of Law. Mr Park focuses on antitrust investigations and following disputes in the areas such as cartels, abuse of market-dominant position, insider trading, and unfair trade practices. He has significant experience in cases regarding the technology industry and is a co-author of Platform Competition Law (2021).
