About Gee Hong Kim

Gee Hong Kim heads the Antitrust & Competition group at Jipyong. As one of the nation’s top experts, he is frequently sought after by major corporations to take on the most challenging cases. His notable successes include representing the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) in the dismissal of Qualcomm's objection to one of the KFTC’s largest fines in history. Mr Kim is a director of the Korean Competition Law Association and a member of the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency’s Legal and Economic Analysis group. He has published numerous academic works relating to competition law and information and communications technology (ICT), some of which have selected as teaching materials at Seoul National University.
