About Simona Neagu

Simona Neagu is the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Clifford Chance’s Bucharest office. In over 28 years of experience, Simona has been involved in the full range of litigation and dispute resolution areas, at both domestic and international levels, including complex regulatory litigation and arbitration proceedings under most of the main sets of international arbitration rules. In recent cases, Simona has acted on behalf of high-end clients in complex antitrust cases, primarily in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and construction sectors.
