About Julien Leroy

Julien Leroy is a legal counsel in the Abidjan office of SCP Houda et Associés. Julien holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and interned in an international law firm before joining SCP Houda et Associés. Julien is specialised in the legal aspects of regional and international corporate and commercial deals, ranging from M&A, corporate governance, banking law, contract law, telecoms, financing and project development in Africa.
