About Franck Allessie

Franck Allessie has been a senior legal counsel at Houda & Partners since 2019 and has a PhD in Law and Political Science at the University of Paris Cité (France). Franck focuses on public procurement agreements and PPP, energy, infrastructure, telecoms, aviation, banking and finance and project development in Africa. Franck has advised for more than six years to date on strategic and complex issues in various sectors, in particular project finance, large concessions, divestments and acquisitions and cross-border investments on behalf of governments, multilaterals, lenders, private investors, industrial and commercial companies and funds. Franck is a member of several associations and has participated in the editing of several publications, reports and regulation texts for the development of structuring projects on the African continent.
