Franck Olivier Allessie is a senior legal counsel focusing on public procurement agreements and PPP, energy, infrastructure, telecoms, aviation, banking & finance and project development in Africa. For over six years, Franck has been advising on strategic and complex issues in various sectors, in particular project finance, large-concessions and cross-border investments on behalf of governments, multilaterals, lenders and private investors, industrial and commercial companies and funds.
