About Assane Dieye

Assane Dieye is a senior tax adviser at Houda & Partners who specialises in corporate and international taxation, personal income tax, value added tax, group taxation and registration tax, particularly in the oil and gas sector. He has a master’s degree in tax law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, and is preparing a doctorate on “the notion of a permanent establishment in Senegal and in the WAEMU zone” at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar.
