About Pilar Paris

Pilar Paris joined Deloitte in the corporate M&A area in 2013, with more than 12 years of experience. At present, she is a principal associate, within the specialist areas of corporate-M&A, financing and real estate, and also co-ordinates the "StartmeUP" project by Deloitte Legal. She is a co-author of Practical Handbook: Transfer of Companies 2014-2015, published by Francis Lefebvre, and an article on participatory loans published in the legal journal, Economist & Jurist. Pilar is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
