About Mario Gimaré

Mario Gimaré is a main associate in the corporate and M&A practice of Deloitte Legal in Spain. In the course of his professional career, he has participated in and co-ordinated national and international investment processes, divestment, and been involved in the due diligence and drafting and negotiation of the relevant agreements (SPA, shareholders’ agreements, etc). He also has experience in designing and executing corporate reorganisations, drafting and negotiating civil and commercial agreements, providing legal advice in corporate matters, and acting as secretary of the board of directors of several groups of companies. Mario is a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Deusto.
