About Ignacio Sanjurjo

Ignacio Sanjurjo is a partner at Deloitte Legal and leads the PE legal group in Spain and the corporate M&A practice at Deloitte Legal in Barcelona. He has focused on PE transactions for over 27 years and advises both local and foreign corporate and PE players on acquisitions and sales processes in a wide range of industries. He also practises in M&A (in special situations), company law, corporate governance matters, business reorganisation and commercial collaboration agreements, providing legal advice to Spanish and international groups. Ignacio is a lecturer in corporate law at Esade and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
