About Francisco Mayor

Francisco Mayor is a partner in the corporate and M&A practice at Deloitte Legal Spain. He has held several leadership roles within Deloitte Legal, including serving as leader of the Madrid corporate M&A practice (2005–15), and is currently leading the manufacturing industry legal group in Spain. He has advised a number of listed and unlisted leading companies and private equity houses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has 30 years’ experience in a variety of corporate work and private equity deals, including venture capital transactions, private and public M&A, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
