About David Usano

David Usano is a senior associate in the corporate and M&A practice at Deloitte Legal in Spain. He has advised both national and international entities in domestic and cross-border investment and divestment processes (including due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation). He also advises in corporate law and commercial law matters, and corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters, acting as secretary or vice-secretary to the board of directors of several groups of companies. He is a lecturer in different corporate and M&A matters at institutions such as the University of Deusto and the University of Navarra, and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
