About Carmen Muelas

Carmen Muelas is a senior associate of the corporate and M&A practice of Deloitte Legal Spain in Barcelona with more than ten years of experience. In the course of his professional career, she has provided services in all areas of Spanish corporate law. She specialises in M&A, private equity transactions, international commercial law, corporate restructurings and ongoing legal advice. She has experience both in advising international clients investing in Spain and in advising Spanish-based multinationals doing business outside of Spain. Carmen is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
