Maria Gabriela is an associate at Jiménez Peña, specialising in corporate and business law, particularly M&A, corporate restructuring and contractual analysis, as well as commercial strategy and business planning. She has represented multinational clients in structuring and reorganising their business interests and investments in the Dominican Republic.
