About Giraldy Bello

Giraldy Bello is an associate at Jiménez Peña, focusing on industrial property law, copyright and new technologies; furthermore, she is involved in the data protection and consumer law areas. Before joining the firm, she worked for the International Trademark Department of a renowned law firm in Madrid, Spain. Giraldy obtained her Bachelor Law Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM, according to its initialism in Spanish); and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Property Law, Copyright, Competition and New Technologies, from Rey Juan Carlos University and Pons Foundation (Madrid, Spain).
