About Abdulmajeed Abolaji

Abdulmajeed Abolaji is an associate in the tax practice group at ÆLEX. He regularly advises indigenous and multinational clients on fiscal matters, regulatory compliance, business formation, corporate restructuring and other wide-ranging commercial transactions. He has experience advising on upstream petroleum assets and divestment transactions. He also acts for banks in financing major energy infrastructure projects. Abdulmajeed is a member of the taxation committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA-SBL).
