About Sachin Shaji

Sachin Shaji is a senior associate in the dispute resolution group at Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, with significant experience in MENA and Asian markets. He appears as lead counsel in contentious and non-contentious corporate commercial matters with domestic and cross-jurisdictional elements. Sachin’s practice focuses on domestic and international arbitrations, with an emphasis on commercial, financial and real estate disputes. He acts for a variety of local and multinational corporations, sovereigns and private clients, providing pragmatic commercial and strategic legal advice on contentious issues. Prior to moving to Bahrain, Sachin worked in the United Arab Emirates and was registered with the government of Dubai’s Legal Affairs Department and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
