About Tomás Pérez

Tomás Pérez is a partner at FerradaNehme whose practice is focused on competition and unfair competition litigation. Tomás’ multidisciplinary training in competition, civil and commercial matters has enabled him to design strategies and lead the defence of national and foreign companies in a wide variety of cases. He has significant experience representing clients in investigations carried out by the competition authorities, as well as advising them in the context of applications to leniency programmes.
