About Diego Hernández

Diego Hernández is a partner at FerradaNehme (FN) who, throughout his 15 years of experience, has specialised in competition law and has led the strategy behind the most complex cases handled by FN. Diego is regularly involved in most of the cases FN has dealt with, and is a widely respected practitioner in the FNE and the TDLC. He has been invited by several universities to lecture on courses on competition law and economic regulation. Diego has been teaching competition law since 2011. He has publications on competition law both in Chile and the United Kingdom.
