About Wang Zi

Wang Zi is a partner in Guantao’s energy and infrastructure group. She specialises in project and infrastructure, cross-border transactions and M&A, and has advised numerous SOEs and public companies, especially in the energy industry. Before re-joining Guantao in 2018, Zi worked with Bombardier Transportation China as in-house counsel and then at China New Energy Funds as legal director. Zi has extensive experience in the energy sector advising Energy China, SDIC Power, Sinopec, PetroChina and Sinosure, among others. She has been involved in various renewable projects including solar PV, wind and CSP all over Mainland China.
