Sebastián Lora is a partner in the project finance and banking and finance practices of DLA Piper in Bogotá. With 11 years of experience, Sebastián has advised lenders, borrowers and local and international financial entities in diverse financing operations, including syndicated and corporate financings, project finance, acquisition finance, financings with multilateral entities and export credit agencies and through the capital markets, including the issuance of bonds and shares in both local and international markets subject to Rule 144 A/Reg S. Prior to joining DLA Piper, he worked in Posse Herrera Ruiz and in Simpson Thacher and Bartlett.
