About Eva Mukami

Eva Mukami is an associate in the litigation department at Oraro & Company Advocates, where she specialises in arbitration, restructuring and insolvency. With more than four years of experience, she has advised local and international clients from various target sectors in arbitration and mediation, constitutional law, commercial litigation, and insolvency. Eva recently advised a bank on the enforcement of third-party securities under the Insolvency Act 2015, in addition to advising an oil company on its prospective claim against the National Land Commission for denial of fair administrative action during the latter’s compulsory acquisition of the oil company’s land. Eva is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
