About Irene Kariuki

Irene Kariuki is an associate in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group at DLA Piper. She advises local and international clients on a wide range of real estate and finance transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting and perfecting bank securities, negotiating and preparing finance documents, including facility agreements, facilitating real estate transactions, including preparation of sale agreements, transfers and leases, advising on regulatory compliance, obtaining regulatory approvals and engaging with regulators. Irene is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.
