About Dimitris Papapolyviou

Dimitris Papapolyviou is a senior associate in the dispute resolution department of Dr K. Chrysostomides & Co. LLC and deals with a wide range of commercial and corporate matters of a contentious nature, focusing on international commercial disputes, including asset recovery proceedings, shareholder disputes and cases of international fraud. He is regularly involved in cases involving securing or challenging injunctive relief before the courts of Cyprus for domestic or international clients and advises on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus, as well as on energy law, with a particular focus on the renewable energy markets. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Piraeus Bar Association.
