About Sharon Oras Morgan

Sharon Oras Morgan is a partner and co-chair of Fox Rothschild’s environmental practice department, and former office managing partner and Executive Committee member of the firm. Sharon has a long history of representing clients in transportation, waste and environmental services, redevelopment, manufacturing and local government, offering expertise that runs the gamut from solid and hazardous waste and air emissions to wetlands, stormwater management, treatment plant operation and brownfields. In addition to counselling clients on compliance, enforcement and due diligence, she is a trial attorney by training and actively litigates in New Jersey and other jurisdictions. She splits her time between the firm's Wilmington, Delaware and Princeton, New Jersey offices.
