About Jeffrey M. Pollock

Jeffrey M. Pollock is a partner at Fox Rothschild and chair of the alternative dispute resolution practice. He focuses on environmental and complex litigation, and is certified as a civil trial lawyer and an elected member of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). Jeffrey has served as an expert on standard of practice in both complex and environmental litigation. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute (ALI) and of the American College of Contractual and Extra-Contractual Lawyers (ACCEC). Jeffrey chaired the New Jersey Bar Environmental Law Section as well as the ABA’s Superfund and Hazardous Waste Committee.
