About David Restaino

David Restaino is a partner at Fox Rothschild and a leader in the firm’s environmental practice department. He has served as environmental litigation counsel on matters including alleged violators of state statutes, citizens’ suits and the prosecution of criminal and quasi-criminal actions. As a Deputy Attorney General, David also trained state investigators. In the 25 years since leaving the State, he has advised clients on compliance with regulations concerning contaminated sites, air emissions, hazardous and solid waste, water quality and land use – as transactional counsel and as a litigator. He is past chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Environmental Law Section and serves as chair of the Environmental Disclosure Committee within ABA-SEE.
