About Zeynep Şener

Zeynep Şener has been active in top-tier M&A and competition practice since 2012, with comprehensive experience advising international clients on cross-border investments in renewable energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, transportation, e-commerce and financial sectors. Prior to Liner Law, Zeynep was a partner in the Corporate/M&A department of a leading Turkish law firm, advising on commercial and M&A transactions and heading the firm’s Competition practice. Zeynep represents clients in merger clearance notifications and negative clearance/exemption applications before the Turkish Competition Board, as well as on vertical and horizontal agreements. Zeynep is a US-qualified lawyer and a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
