About Yun Jae Baek

Yun Jae Baek is a co-chair of the international dispute resolution practice at Yulchon LLC and is considered one of Korea’s most well-known and respected lawyers in the areas of international arbitration and corporate/M&A practice, having over 30 years' experience. He has acted as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and counsel in numerous international arbitrations under various arbitration rules, including the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, AAA, KCAB, HKIAC, WIPO, SIAC and SHIAC. Yun Jae completed his studies at Harvard Law School and is licensed to practise in both Korea and New York.
