About Yuta Oishi

Yuta Oishi is a senior associate at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune with expertise in the areas of Japanese and international data protection law. He also has broad experience in advising on intellectual property matters, TMT matters and various corporate matters. He regularly handles both transactions and dispute resolution, including cross-border matters. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He holds an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Certificate in Law and Technology), and is admitted to practise law both in Japan and New York State.
