About Yasuzo Takeno

Yasuzo Takeno is a partner with extensive experience that stretches back to the early 1990s in advisory work for domestic and foreign investment managers and investment funds businesses, including structuring public offerings and private placements of offshore investment funds in Japan. He has represented issuers of foreign investment trusts established in Luxembourg, Ireland, the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, providing advice on legal and execution issues. Yasuzo also provides legal advice on the day-to-day management of investment fund businesses. As well as dealing with asset management, his practice spans corporate finance activities and financial regulation. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
