About Victoria Loi Tien Fen

Victoria Loi Tien Fen is a partner of Shook Lin & Bok, Kuala Lumpur. She is experienced in arbitration, building, construction and engineering disputes, general and civil litigation, and statutory adjudication for construction disputes. In 2020, she co-authored a chapter on the Law and Practice of Injunctions in Malaysia. She holds fellowships of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb). She is on the panels of arbitrators and adjudicators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). She is the Deputy President of the MIArb (2021–23) and a member of the Society of Construction Law Malaysia.
