About Victoire Segard

Victoire Segard is an associate in the commercial litigation practice of White & Case Paris. Her practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies, whether listed or not, in various industry sectors. She notably assists clients before French commercial, civil and criminal courts on matters related to shareholders' disputes, M&A litigations and civil or criminal liability of executives.
