About Tracey Forbes

Tracey Forbes is a counsel based in the Asia banking and finance team of Mourant's Hong Kong office. Tracey joined the firm's Cayman Islands office in 2012 and has worked in the Hong Kong office since 2014. She advises on all aspects of banking and finance matters with an emphasis on asset finance (in particular aircraft). She regularly advises major financial institutions, lessors and investors on the financing and leasing of commercial aircraft, corporate jets and other related assets. She is a member of the Caymanian Bar Association, the Young Leaders Committee for the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association, the Young Persons Committee for ASIFMA's Women in Finance Asia forum and the Diversity in Fund Finance Committee in Asia.
